1. Return Policy
We currently do not offer returns on items unless:

The item is damaged during transit or You have received a wrong product (wrong size, color, or design from what was ordered)

Note: We do not accept returns for custom-made, personalized, or specially requested items.

2. Exchange Policy
Eligible products can be exchanged under the following conditions:

You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product

You provide a clear unboxing video as proof (required for damage/defect claims)

The item is unused, with original packaging and tags intact

We reserve the right to decline the request if the product shows signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

3. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued if:

We are unable to provide a replacement or exchange

The returned product (if applicable) passes our quality check

Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them.

Once the order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
